6. WHAT LEGAL GROUND HAS THE COMPANY FOR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The Company processes the data as above based on consent from you, which you provided in connection with visiting our website. We process only personal information when you submit forms (contact, request or order form) on Vendig’s website. The personal data entered will be transferred to our mail and / or ERP, which will fall under the Privacy Policy for Contacts Corporate customers and suppliers.

7. WHICH RECIPIENTS CAN WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

The purpose of this privacy policy is that you, as a contact person at a business customer or as a contact person at a company that supplies goods to Vendig, should receive information about how Vendig AB (“Company“) handles your personal data, and that you should know rest assured that the processing takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and other applicable personal data legislation. The privacy policy also describes your rights towards us and how you can assert your rights.

3. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The company processes the following information about you as a contact person at a customer company or sole propriety business person:

  • Social security number (applying to sole proprietorship)

Please note that information about purchase and sale history in relation to the company’s contact person is linked to the company and not to you as the contact person.

4. WHAT DOES THE COMPANY USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

Customer administration

Your personal data is processed so that the Company can administer your company’s orders and handle any returns, warranty claims and similar customer administration. The legal basis is that processing is necessary for the Company to be able to fulfill the agreement with you as an individual trader. If you are a contact person at a customer company, the processing takes place with a balancing of interests as a legal basis, where the Company’s legitimate interest is to be able to exercise its rights and obligations under the agreement with the customer company.

If you are a contact person at a customer company or a sole trader, the Company processes your email address to send marketing through newsletters. The marketing is then aimed at the company you represent and is based on the type of goods/services you have previously purchased/made inquiries about. The marketing is sent for up to seven years after your last purchase/registration. Newsletters and marketing emails are sent only on the condition that you have not objected to such marketing, and you may choose to unsubscribe from our newsletters and marketing emails at any time. To unsubscribe, please contact the Company at info@vendig.se or use the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter/email. The marketing takes place with “balancing of interests” as a legal basis.
