Food pre-scraper with fda-approved polyurethane

– Effective belt cleaning in the food industry.

A pre-scraper that is approved for food usage due to its food grade polyurethane, approved according to EU Regulation No 1935/2004 & FDA. The other parts are made in stainless steel and acid-resistant materials. The pressure on the belt is steplessly regulated with a torsion spring installed in the square tubing. The pre-scraper is positioned against the drive pulley immediately below the flow of material. All steel parts are stainless and acid-proof. From B-W 600 the scraper is delivered with dual torsion springs. Recommended for ø 100-200 mm pulleys.
