– Facilitates changing and adjustment of skirt rubber, min. 60° Shore A.

When it is time to adjust the skirt rubber, knock out 2 to 3 wedges and the rubber can be pressed downwards. Afterwards, the wedge is striked back into place again and the adjustment is complete. Very easy and time saving! Bracket 6755 is welded to the side plate or loading chute. The PU wedge 6751, is hammered in between the fastening bracket and an angle iron, locking the rubber. 1. Bracket 6755 2. PU wedge 6751 A PU wedge kit 6750 includes a bracket and a PU wedge. The angle iron is not included. The PU wedge is fitted 300-400 mm apart, a 25x25x3mm angle iron is recommended for skirt, rubber thickness (t) 8-10 mm.
