Terms of delivery and of payment Vendig AB            2020-01-01

Deliveries from stock:

Products from stock are generally shipped from Vendig the day after order is registered. Some products require processing/fitting, in which case the shipping date might be for a few days.

Non-stock deliveries:

Products ordered from suppliers through Vendig, will be delivered according to order confirmation at confirmed delivery date.

Shipping terms:

Unless otherwise agreed, all deliveries to Customers are made by a, by Vendig, selected carrier. The goods are insured by Vendig AB during Carriage.

Shipping is charged together with the cost of the goods on an invoice from Vendig AB.

Damage during shipping:

Visible damage in transit must be noted on the consignment note directly upon reception of the goods. Report the damage to Vendig AB within 7 day of reception.

Packaging:

The goods are delivered in packaging that is intended for the carriage of goods. Packaging is charged for together with the goods on an invoice from Vendig AB

Fitting instructions:

Damage to the product caused by incorrect handling or incorrect installation will not be considered subject to guarantee. Vendig will not be considered responsible for consequences or damage on other equipment or for injury due to incorrect handling, assembly or incorrect maintenance.

Terms of delivery:

Vendig deliver according to General conditions NL 09, for Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. For other countries we comply to Orgalime S 2012.

Warranty:

Warranty of Vendigs products is limited to material and manufacturing defects.

Limitation of liability:

Vendig AB is not liable for what is known as indirect loss such as loss of income, increase in costs or damage or injury other than to the goods delivered.

Terms of payment:

Payment terms are agreed with the respective customer and after the usual credit check.

After the due date, interest rate is charged under the Interest Act.
