Sirius UNO pre-scraper with a polyurethane blade

– A service-friendly and durable pre-scraper for heavy duty.

Sirius UNO pre-scraper 2900 is the largest belt cleaner in the Sirius family and it has a single scraper blade. Sirius belt scrapers are all made of durable polyurethane and mounted in a removable cassette. Sirius UNO has a single scraper blade instead of segments and, like other Sirius pre-scraper segments, Sirius UNO’s scraper blade is easy to disassemble for replacement and cleaning. The blade is fastened to the cassette with a snap function. The attachment of the scraper segments is unique and the fast-connect solution is patented (European Patent 2805901). Sirius UNO’s scraper blade can be mounted in existing Sirius 9900/9930 pre-scrapers with some adjustment of the beam’s position. The Sirius Uno is more powerful than Sirius 9900 to withstand heavier operation and larger drums. Vendig’s unique spring lever ensures that the correct pressure is maintained against the belt which reduces maintenance and prolongs the lifespan of the scraper and the conveyor belt. The pre-scraper shall be positioned against the drive pulley immediately below the flow of material. Recommended for ø 320-800 mm pulleys.
