G1 with angled carbide

– Adaptable in tough conditions.

The G1 scraper board is an alternative when conditions are too harsh for traditional, more gentle scrapers to provide effective cleaning. This is thanks to the angled carbide edge, which can be adjusted to a more aggressive position to handle adhesive material. It is suitable for most mobile crushers and other types of belt conveyors operating in demanding environments that require efficient cleaning The scraper board width is narrower than the belt width, and therefore the outer edges are rounded to be less aggressive on the belt.

The G1 scraper board is cast directly onto a 40 × 20mm tube. It is sold without brackets, but to facilitate installation and adjustment in the conveyor, two different mounts are available as accessories.

If the board is installed close to the pulley, it may require a flexible mounting; in this case, Rosta SE with holder art. no. 2388, is recommended.
If the plank is installed further away where the belt is not under tension, holder PL, art. no. 9380, can be used effectively.
