Pulley scraper with polyurethane segment

– For effective cleaning of tail pulleys.

Pulley scraper 8200 scrapes the return pulley clean. The scraper blades are made of polyurethane and have wings which scrape off and push the material to the side. The standard configuration is half of the segments 8201-H and halv 8201-V, but other configurations can be delivered on request. Spill on the belt’s return part is pushed sideways until it falls down from the belt. This reduces the risk of belt travel and holes developing in the conveyor belt. Vendigs unique spring lever ensures that the correct pressure is maintained against the belt which simplifies service work and reduces maintenance. Recommended for pulleys from diameter ø300 mm and larger. All steel parts are electro-galvanized as standard. Stainless steel or powder-coated alternatives are available on request. From B-W 1000 the scraper is supplied with dual lever arms. From B-W 1600 the scraper is supplied with Holder HD.
